Castello San Salvatore stands in the heart of the Prosecco hills<\/strong>, a landscape recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its extraordinary harmony between nature and human endeavor. The Castle vineyards: a family legacy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since its origins, the Castle has been the center of a vast agricultural estate and is still surrounded today by over 160 hectares of vineyards owned by the Collalto family, cultivated according to sustainable and partially organic practices.<\/p>

The rows of vines extending at the foot of the castle belong to the Conte Collalto Winery<\/strong>, one of the eight oldest wineries in Italy<\/strong>, whose roots date back to 958 AD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The estate produces some of the most elegant expressions of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, along with other prestigious labels.<\/p>
